- Provide knowledgeable product recommendations and demonstrations

- Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records
- Ensure the retail space is well-stocked, organised, and visually appealing
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product expertise and sales skills
- Passion for the beauty industry and a genuine interest in helping others look and feel their best
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
- Strong product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn about our diverse product range
- Demonstrated sales experience, preferably in a retail or customer-facing role
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
