SAP FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT (Hybrid)

About the Role:

We are looking for experienced SAP Functional Consultants across SAP FI/CO, S/4 HANA SCM, and

and support, working closely with business stakeholders to deliver robust SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for assigned SAP modules.
• Configure and customize SAP FI/CO, S/4 HANA SCM, or SuccessFactors EC based on project needs.
• Lead functional workshops, design solutions, and prepare technical specifications for development teams.
• Support testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) and coordinate defect resolution.
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous process improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration across modules and systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Finance, HR, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3 - 4 years of hands-on experience as an SAP Functional Consultant.
• Minimum of 2 full-cycle implementations in one of the following:
• SAP FI/CO (Finance & Controlling – GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling)
• SAP S/4 HANA SCM (MM, PP, IBP, Logistics, Procurement, Inventory Management)
• SAP SuccessFactors EC (Core HR, Organizational Management, Employee Data, Integrations)
• Strong knowledge of business processes in respective domains.
• Experience in S/4 HANA or SuccessFactors implementations is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
