We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Production Staff member to join our team.

The ideal candidate must be fluent in Mandarin, computer literate, and have at least 3 years of experience as a production worker in Taiwan. Experience in the electronic connector manufacturing industry is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production equipment and perform assigned tasks according to the production schedule.
• Sort, inspect, and conduct quality control checks to ensure product standards are met.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports of production activities.
• Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and quality protocols.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues as they arise.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Language Skills: Fluency in Mandarin (mandatory).
• Experience: At least 3 years of work experience as a production worker in Taiwan.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
• Preferred Experience:
• Background in electronic connector manufacturing.
• Work experience in sorting and quality control.
• Interpersonal Skills: Team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Work Ethic: Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
