We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mandarin-speaking Molding Machine Technician to join our production team.

The ideal candidate must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing Mandarin to effectively communicate with our team and support operational needs. Prior experience in injection molding, strong technical and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to resolve machine issues efficiently are essential for this role.

This position also demands keen attention to detail, physical stamina, and a proactive approach to driving continuous improvement in manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate, monitor, and maintain injection molding machines to ensure optimal performance.
2. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve mechanical and process issues in a timely manner.
3. Read and interpret technical documents, machine manuals, and work orders — particularly in Mandarin when required.
4. Collaborate effectively with Mandarin-speaking engineers, supervisors, and suppliers.
5. Perform regular machine maintenance and minor repairs to prevent downtime.
6. Adjust machine settings (temperature, pressure, cycle times) to maintain product quality.
7. Conduct inspections and quality checks on molded products to ensure compliance with standards.
8. Document machine performance, maintenance activities, and production reports accurately.
9. Assist in training new team members, particularly those who require Mandarin communication support.
10. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency, safety, and product quality.
11. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

• Proven experience as a Molding Machine Technician, preferably in an injection molding environment.
• Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing Mandarin; ability to understand technical documents and communicate effectively in Mandarin is required.
• Strong knowledge of injection molding processes, machine operations, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, mechanical drawings, and schematics.
• Good understanding of quality control principles and production standards.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform manual tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime or shifts, if needed.
• Vocational diploma, technical course certificate, or equivalent work experience in a related field is preferred.
