CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

• Providing further assistance to all incoming concern/request/complaint/feedback of customer professionally on daily basis.
• Escalating customer’s every concern/request/feedback in a timely manner and in accordance based to the SOP given by the company.
• Ensuring every information shared to customer correctly and accurately which in align with the inquiry and concern given by customer.
• Working closely and be a good team player with various department
• Following up tightly and promptly regarding customer issue or concern with related department.
• Promoting the company latest product and promotion to customer in various form of communication method.
• General administrative task – Reporting, documentation, etc...
• Ensuring the Company client database were protected all the time and not disclose to any outsiders internally or externally.

• Minimum High School Graduates
• Candidate possesses strong English and Tagalog communication skills (Oral / Written / Listening)
• Candidates has strong working experience in Customer Service industry will be an added advantage
• Willing to work on Weekends and Public Holiday
• Willing to work on shifting schedule
