The Accounting Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the accounting department. This role involves supervising accounting staff, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting the Accounting Head in financial reporting and compliance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor accounting staff.
• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
• Review and approve financial transactions and reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports and analysis for management.
• Support the Accounting Head in strategic planning and decision-making.
• Handle escalated accounting issues and problem-solving.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
