Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Executive Assistant with a background in business development and financial modeling within the real estate and construction industry. This role goes beyond traditional executive support, requiring a strategic thinker who can assist with feasibility studies, project analysis, investment proposals, and coordination of development opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and events.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
- Coordinate communications and act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handles confidential information with discretion and professionalism, ensuring compliance with privacy policies and regulations.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documents for easy access and reference.
- Maintains accurate records and files related to land acquisitions, leases, permits, and other legal documents.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Assist in the preparation of business proposals, pitch decks, and strategic presentations
- Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making, business cases, and forecasting.
- Analyze financial statements, budgets, and KPIs to provide actionable insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- At least 3–5 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably with involvement in business development and/or financial analysis.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
