Project Manager / Business Analyst (Insurance Project)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead the delivery of digital platform, application, and technology transformation projects. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience managing customer-facing applications, websites, portals, software platforms, and data-driven initiatives while collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology, software, application, and digital transformation projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Work closely with business, technology, data, and operations teams to translate business needs into technology solutions.
• Coordinate with development teams, vendors, and third-party partners to ensure successful project execution.
• Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment planning, and implementation activities.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Develop process flows, business documentation, and project artifacts.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

• At least 5 years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, Product Management, or Digital Transformation.
• Strong experience managing technology platforms, software applications, digital products, websites, customer portals, or mobile applications.
• Proven experience delivering application development, software implementation, or data-related projects.
• Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including Business, Technology, Data, and Operations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Background as a Digital Product Owner, Product Manager, IT Project Manager, or Business Analyst.
• Experience managing customer-facing digital platforms and customer experience initiatives.
• Exposure to CRM, workflow automation, data platforms, or enterprise applications is advantageous.
• Insurance industry experience is highly preferred.
• Candidates from Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, Telecommunications, E-commerce, or similar industries are also encouraged to apply.
• Project Management certifications (PMP, Agile, Scrum Master) are a plus.
