Our financial services company is seeking experienced lending professionals to join our team.
The Loan Processor will be responsible for loan processing & packaging, communicating with clients, lenders & legal professionals and generally managing the approval process from lodgement to settlement.
The ideal applicant will be an autonomous and innovative thinker. They will also be customer service orientated, always putting the customer’s needs first. They will be characterised by their drive, efficiency and organisation. Finally, the ideal applicant will have an unrelenting work ethic and desire to overcome challenges in any form.

Key Responsibilities- Assisting with analysis and breakdown of client financials, living expenses, assets and liabilities.
- Assisting brokers to complete servicing calculations via Quikli.
- Reviewing and analysing lender policies.
- Preparing compliance documentation for proposed loans.
- Lodging new applications with lenders and following up through to approval & settlement.
- Liaising with clients, lenders, real estate agents and legal professionals;
- Organising valuations and pricing approvals with lenders.
- Working with clients, solicitors and lenders to ensure settlement is booked.
- Ensuring all settled files are compliant and filed appropriately.
- Assisting brokers with managing CRM post settlement tasks; such as customer reviews, fixed and interest only expiry dates, pricing and annual client reviews.
- Drafting and managing internal and external communications;
- Data entry and CRM management - Experience with Salestrekker, Apply Online and Simpology preferred.
- Preparing compliance documentation for proposed loans where required.
- Prioritising and diarising all stages of the process for the team, respective brokers and other stakeholders.
- Minimum of 2 years loan packaging & processing experience;
- Experience with Salestrekker and/or similar CRMs;
- Ability to review and interpret client financial documents;
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload & work well in stressful situations;
- Ability to prioritise and think proactively;
- Provide a high standard of customer service;
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal); and
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
