  3. Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; and proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and related tools and technology.
  4. Must be able to analyze problems and develop improvement.
  5. Have good communication skills (oral and written) and interpersonal skills (with both peers and Supervisors)
  6. Accept other associated responsibilities and projects as and when assigned.

Job Responsibilities
  1. To coordinate with Department Heads on the requested parts/supplies specifications.
  2. To do canvassing of all parts requested with close coordination from Department Heads.
  3. To Identify and pursue opportunities to reduce operating costs.
  4. To maintain and monitor PR/PO in SAP.
  5. To prepare payment request for all PR/PO and other related transaction and secure approval of authorities and to follow liquidation process.
  6. Other tasks as assigned by the purchasing manager.
