As part of our continued partnership with a key client, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administration Support professional to join our growing team and play a vital role in supporting our UK-based Sales and Business Development function.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Sales Administration Support team member, you’ll provide critical behind-the-scenes support that enables our Sales Managers to focus on building client relationships and driving growth.
Sales & Project Support- Provide day-to-day administrative support across active sales opportunities and customer projects
- Support onboarding of new customers, ensuring all documentation and system setup are accurate and complete
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, finance, operations, customer service) for smooth project execution
- Assist in confirming product specifications and requirements with technical teams
- Track opportunity progress, onboarding stages, and project timelines within CRM/ERP systems
- Prepare accurate and commercially aligned quotes based on agreed pricing structures
- Complete and manage SQR submissions, ensuring all required technical and commercial data is captured
- Liaise with internal teams to progress SQRs within agreed timelines
- Monitor quote status and ensure timely follow-ups
- Support creation of clear and professional proposal documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, including:
- Customer interactions and meeting notes
- Opportunity tracking and pipeline updates
- Actions and follow-ups
- Ensure strong data quality to support reporting and forecasting
- Produce weekly reports on activity, pipeline status, and next steps
- Analyze customer spend data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and growth potential
- Support margin and gross profit (GP) analysis
- Prepare structured insights and action plans for Sales Manager review
- Support new product setup, ensuring pricing and specifications are accurate
- Coordinate internal approvals for product readiness
- Log and track customer service issues and support resolution
- Assist with administration of contracts, stock agreements, and inventory monitoring
- Prepare for and support customer meetings (primarily via Microsoft Teams)
- Capture accurate meeting notes, decisions, and action points
- Ensure all follow-ups and next steps are clearly tracked in CRM
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping things organized and on track.- Experience in sales administration, customer service, or commercial support roles (preferred)
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Good commercial awareness and confidence working with pricing and data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems is an advantage (training provided)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Basic understanding of B2B sales processes is a plus
- Willingness to work Australasian, North American, or UK shift hours
- Willingness to work in or relocate to Angeles City, Pampanga
