Marketing Associate

Pristine Paradigm is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and driven Marketing Associate to join our growing team.

As a Marketing Associate, you'll help bring our brand to life through content creation, photography, videography, social media, and storytelling. You'll work closely with the founders and gain hands-on experience in marketing, branding, events, e-commerce, and the day-to-day operations of a fast-growing jewelry company.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the creative and strategic side of marketing and wants to grow alongside a brand with national expansion plans.

• Create photo and video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and product launches
• Photograph jewelry, products, events, and behind-the-scenes content
• Edit photos and videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, website, and advertisements
• Assist in content planning, campaign execution, and social media management
• Support pop-ups, events, and brand activations
• Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials
• Stay updated on content, social media, and marketing trends

• Work with an ambitious all-female team

• Hands-on exposure to multiple areas of business and marketing
• Be part of a growing brand with plans for expansion across the Philippines

• Female, based in Davao City
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in photography
• Proficient in professional photo and video editing
• Strong english communication skills
• Has a reliable laptop for work
• Creative, organized, and willing to learn
