Sales and Marketing Associate

- Prepares and sends billing invoices to customers accurately and on time.
- Receives and encodes customer orders accurately into the ERP system.
- Monitors and checks customers’ aging accounts.
- Follows up on outstanding payments and coordinates collection activities.
- Conducts client calls for coordination, follow-ups, and approvals.
- Coordinates with customers for approval of sample boxes.
- Prepares costing for boxes and sends official box offers to customers.
- Picks up issued checks from customers as needed.
- Prepares collection receipts and other necessary collection documents.
- Updates sales report and client data regularly.
- Generates and submits weekly sales reports for management review.
- Ensures proper documentation and filing of all sales transactions and communications.
- Coordinates with internal departments to address customer requirements or concerns.
