IT Systems & LMS Support Engineer

About the Role

You’ll be the go-to for keeping both infrastructure and learning management systems running smoothly. If scripting, cloud platforms, and LMS integration are in your wheelhouse, you’ll feel right at home here.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch 2nd-level IT support (and sometimes 1st!).
  • Manage Windows/Linux servers and hybrid M365 environments.
  • Support LMS platforms like Moodle and Canvas—tech + user experience.
  • Script like a pro in PowerShell and Bash.
  • Automate, document, train, repeat.

Requirements

About YOU
  • Technically sharp and solution-driven.
  • Comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Organized and focused on service quality.
  • Knowledgeable in IT security, cloud systems, and user experience.
About YOUR Work History
  • 5+ years in system engineering or sysadmin roles.
  • Strong Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Linux experience.
  • Familiar with LMS platforms and cloud solutions like Azure and AWS.
  • Background in education or MSP environments is a plus.
