IT Systems & LMS Support Engineer

About the Role

You’ll be the go-to for keeping both infrastructure and learning management systems running smoothly. If scripting, cloud platforms, and LMS integration are in your wheelhouse, you’ll feel right at home here.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Provide top-notch 2nd-level IT support (and sometimes 1st!).
Manage Windows/Linux servers and hybrid M365 environments.
Support LMS platforms like Moodle and Canvas—tech + user experience.
Script like a pro in PowerShell and Bash.
Automate, document, train, repeat.

Requirements

About YOU

Technically sharp and solution-driven.
Comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Organized and focused on service quality.
Knowledgeable in IT security, cloud systems, and user experience.

About YOUR Work History

5+ years in system engineering or sysadmin roles.
Strong Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Linux experience.
Familiar with LMS platforms and cloud solutions like Azure and AWS.
Background in education or MSP environments is a plus.
