Job description:

Duties:

  • Perform administrative duties, including answering store concerns and scheduling store appointments.
  • Ensure company policies are align with store operations objective.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments of store maintenance/concerns to Contractor such as cleaning of AC unit, fixing lighting lines and fixtures, damage cabinets etc.
  • Coordinate to General Contractor and SubContractor for store construction process such as schedules, work permits and deliveries etc.
  • Coordinate to Mall admin for any mall concern issues.
  • Encode delivery reports, pullout and damaged forms and sending to store POS to update stock inventory.
  • Update stock inventory from time to time and as needed.
  • Prepare store supplies and coordinating with JH warehouse staff for delivery.
  • Inventory and ordering office and store supplies as needed.
  • Updating logs and other documents.

Qualifications:

  • A 4-year college graduate of an inline course (Operation’s Management, Secretarial, Marketing Management, Business Administration and other similar course)
  • Proven work experience as an Operation Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent Communication and Listening Skills
  • Ability work under pressure
  • Strong computer proficiency
  • A willingness to learn
