Position: OPERATIONS ASSISTANT
Description:
- Work with the Operations Manager in managing the sales team and ensure that the team consistently meets the sales performance metrics.
- Work with the Operations Manager to motivate and drive the performance of the team.
- Remain knowledgeable of key processes, business initiatives and internal resources in order to assist the sales team.
- Assists in the department program implementations.
- Prepare product offering letters, emails, and presentations.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
- Graduate of Tourism Management or equivalent
- With at least 6 months of relevant work experience
- Knowledgeable with GDS: Sabre/ Amadeus is an advantage
- Keen to details and organize
- With great communication skills
- Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig"
