Sales Executive (Construction / Building Materials) Dayshift Fixed Weekend Off

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, developers, and corporate clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
• Handle project timelines and coordinate with clients accordingly.
• Conduct client presentations, negotiations, and site visits when necessary.
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or any related field.
• 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in construction, building materials, or glass/aluminum industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Confident and professional demeanor.
• Goal-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Strong sense of accountability, integrity, and professionalism.
• Flexible and willing to extend working hours when needed.
• Monday to Friday work schedule.
• Willing to be assigned in Quezon City.
