Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; some college education preferred
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional etiquette and proper grammar
  • Ability to read, interpret, and follow instructions, procedures, and documentation
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to apply sound judgment in various situations
  • Ability to handle difficult customer interactions and resolve conflicts professionally
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce
Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer and sales inquiries via phone, email, and fax
  • Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide guidance on invoices, products, sales programs, procedures, pricing, and payment terms
  • Handle inquiries related to returns, ship dates, backorders, cancellations, and order status
  • Process customer and website orders accurately
  • Conduct follow-ups to gather customer feedback and strengthen customer relationships
  • Communicate delivery timelines and order updates to customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate account information and ensure seamless customer service
