Schedule: 5:30 AM - 2:30 PM PH Time

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and reliable Construction Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in construction and proven administrative skills. Youll be supporting the team with key documentation, compliance, and contract administration duties, playing a critical part in the smooth operation of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain construction safety documentation (OH&S, pre-start tasks, SWMS, etc.)
  • Assist with contract administration, including preparation and tracking of contracts
  • Ensure administrative compliance with construction standards and project requirements
  • Communicate professionally with clients via email and phone; respond to queries efficiently
  • Use platforms such as HammerTech and Bid Contender (experience preferred but not essential)
  • Complete basic social media updates using Thryv (no advanced marketing required)
  • Support other administrative duties as required by the team
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative or contract administration role within the construction industry
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry is essential
  • Proven ability to manage OH&S compliance, safety documentation, and pre-start processes
  • Basic accounting knowledge is advantageous but not essential
  • Experience with construction platforms such as HammerTech and Bid Contender is beneficial
  • Proficient in email communication and handling client queries in a professional manner
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
