The Recruitment Specialist for Promodisers is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and endorsing qualified candidates for Promodiser positions. The role ensures timely fulfillment of manpower requirements while maintaining a positive candidate experience and supporting the company's recruitment objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and Sourcing
  • Source qualified candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, job fairs, and other recruitment channels.
  • Conduct active sourcing and headhunting for difficult-to-fill positions.
  • Build and maintain a pool of qualified Apparel Promodiser candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers regarding manpower requirements and recruitment priorities.
Screening and Selection
  • Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Conduct initial interviews and competency-based assessments.
  • Verify candidate information, employment history, and references as required.
  • Endorse qualified candidates to hiring managers for final interviews.
  • Monitor and facilitate the hiring process from application to job offer.
Recruitment Operations
  • Prepare and post job advertisements on various recruitment platforms.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ensure complete and accurate recruitment documentation.
  • Maintain recruitment databases and applicant tracking records.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and hiring status updates.
Employer Branding
  • Promote the company's employer brand through recruitment activities.
  • Participate in job fairs, career events, and recruitment campaigns.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Compliance and Administration
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of applicant information and recruitment records.
  • Assist with onboarding requirements and pre-employment documentation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in retail, apparel, fashion, FMCG, or manpower recruitment.
  • Experience handling volume hiring and field-based personnel recruitment is an advantage.
  • Strong interviewing, sourcing, and candidate assessment skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and online recruitment platforms.
  • Experience using iTIME (Online Personnel Management System) or similar HRIS/employee management systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
  • Amenable to work onsite in Gilmore, New Manila, Quezon City
  • Compressed work schedule Monday to Friday
Preferred Experience
  • Experience recruiting Promodisers, Merchandisers, Sales Associates, Retail Staff, or Store Personnel.
  • Familiarity with retail operations, store deployment, and field recruitment processes.
  • Hands-on experience with iTIME (Online Personnel Management System), including employee record management, attendance monitoring, and personnel administration, is highly preferred.
