IT Team Leader

Are you an experienced IT professional with a strong background in BPO operations and team leadership? Join our growing team and lead IT service delivery across multiple sites.

Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT Operations or Technical Support within a BPO, Shared Services, or corporate environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM), Incident Management, Escalation Management, and ITIL best practices.
  • Proven experience leading Service Desk, Desktop Support, or IT Operations teams in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
  • Strong people management, coaching, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience supporting Windows and Mac environments, network infrastructure, servers, and enterprise applications.
  • Knowledge of IT asset management, vendor coordination, and information security compliance.
  • Willing to work across McKinley Hill, Taguig and Antipolo sites based on business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the daily operations of the IT Support Team, ensuring service levels and business requirements are met.
  • Manage incidents, escalations, and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business disruption.
  • Coach, develop, and monitor team performance to drive operational excellence.
  • Oversee end-user support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
  • Manage IT assets, deployments, system updates, and compliance with company policies and security standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors, ISPs, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient IT service delivery.
  • Monitor IT operations, prepare performance reports, and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Support infrastructure, network, and technology initiatives across multiple BPO sites.
