Technical Support Specialist

Technical Support Specialist:

• Provide technical support for CCTV, FDAS, access control, and other security systems.
• Assist in the configuration, testing, and commissioning of security solutions.
• Perform troubleshooting of security products.
• Support clients and internal teams with BOM creation, technical guidance and product training.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and service reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers/principals for advanced technical assistance when needed.
• Ensure timely support for premium clients and high-value projects.
