Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software-related problems, ensuring a thorough understanding of our product's features and capabilities.
- Collaborate with the development team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues, providing valuable insights for continuous product improvement.
- Guide customers through the installation, configuration, and use of our hardware and software components.
- Document and track customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our support system.
- Conduct product training sessions for customers, ensuring they fully leverage the features and functionalities of our technology.
- Stay current with industry trends, updates, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in technical support.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users.
- Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing high-quality customer support.
- Experience in documentation and training development is a plus.
