About the role
Best Reliable Resources is seeking an experienced and professional Executive Assistant to join our team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. This full-time role will provide vital support to our senior leadership, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and enabling our executives to focus on high-level strategic priorities.
What you'll be doing- Effectively managing the executive's calendar and scheduling appointments, meetings and events
- Handling all administrative tasks including travel arrangements, expense reporting and correspondence
- Providing support for special projects and initiatives as needed
- Serving as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality and discretion at all times
- Coordinating with teams across the organization to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Continuously looking for ways to streamline processes and improve workflows
- A minimum of 2-5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and other productivity tools
- Adaptable and flexible, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
