About the role
As Inhouse Sales Unit Head you will oversees the operations of the company’s Inhouse Sales Section. Main duties include developing plans for Inhouse Sales Agents to reach sales targets, oversee execution, creating productive relationships and obtaining revenue targets for Focus Projects.
What you'll be doing- Forecast periodic Sales Targets per Project over Sales Cycle Period Forecast Inventory Augmentation & Sellout inline w/ Project turn-over period.
- Allocate Revenue Targets per Territory & determine Overhead ROI Review/Evaluate Historical Sales Trends and Strategy Execution
- Create Strategic Sales Programs/Promos in aide of Forecasted Sellout Forecast Sales Support Programs (Trainings) & Promotional Collaterals
- Defining Sales Funnel Plans & Implementation, Identifying Sales Coverage Plans & Accounts Assigned
- Implementing Strategic Plans with Measurable Output & Timelines. Create Sales Metrics, Performance Monitoring & Operational Controls Evaluating & Providing Solutions to current Issues & Concerns in the Trade
- Create a Culture of Superior customer service for the Brokers Network Readily Assist/Address Account concerns and proposals. Adopt an open communication & feedback policy for process improvement
- Present reports during Mancom Meetings on matters related to Area Sales. Conduct Business Reviews with the assigned Team &/or Section. Create & Route Memos on advisory notices & directives for assigned Area
- Provide Timely Feedback & Analysis on Selling Factors & Market Trends. Utilize Sales Data Platforms e.g. SAP, Cancellation monitor, Rate of Sales, IMS(Invty Mgt Systems) to determine/endorse Strategic courses of actions Assist in Market Surveys & Conduct regular Competitor Trade check
- Bachelor's degree in Any Business course or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales background, Insurance or direct selling experience.
- Advance Skills in Organizational Leadership and Development of Sales Strategies & Programs.
- Superior Analytical & Strategic Thinking Skills, Forecasting & Inventory Management, Business Development & New Business Opportunities, Executive Presentation, Sales Enablement Tool Oriented, Budget Management Familiarity, Key Accounts Management, Industry Competence in Sales Knowledge & Local Industry Network Metrics & Performance Monitoring Controls
- Superior Communication skills, Leadership skills and Administrative skills
