- JOB DESCRIPTION
- As a Collection Team Leader you will oversees a group of employees and motivates them to do their job efficiently for collection. They provide daily objectives, develop reward systems for productivity that motivate new hires and seasoned workers alike and communicate any issues with upper management to reach business goals effectively. A person who could handle 12-20 agents with his/ her leadership
- 1. Good verbal / written communication skills (driven voice, good pronunciation)
- 2. Clear communication. Attentive to details,
- 3. Ability to handle difficult or irate customers effectively and deliver bad news.
- 4. Able to work under pressure.
- 5. Applicants with experience in similar area (banks, debt Collection companies, etc.) are preferred.
