  • Provides day to day HR support across the GC&C Group of Companies as part of the HR functions in relation to all HR Employee & Labor Relations, Training and Development, HRIS and other administration in compliance with statutory and best practices
  • Requests to fill up vacant post in case of HR staff resignation and conducts final interview for shortlisted applicants.
  • Develops corporate policies and procedures and oversee implementation thereof
  • Ensures efficient and effective planning and implementation of hiring & recruitment, employee relations, training & capacity-building, staff care etc.
  • Evaluates newly hired HR Officers and Staff every 3rd and 5th month of their employment
  • Issues Memorandum and Outgoing Letters related to HR
  • Reviews and approves Personnel Request at HRIS-personnel request to ensure all recruitment are conducted against the organizations and for HR Recruitment & Employee Services Job Postings
  • Ensures filing of documents related to the task assigned for record purposes and for future reference
  • Determines objectives and targets of the department in relation to the Quality Management System.
  • Performs other related tasks as may be required by the management
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Male/Female
  • Bachelor’s degree holder preferably a graduate of BS Psychology/ Human Resource Management or any 4 year college course related to Business Management/Administration
  • Very keen to details, with exemplary problem-solving skills
  • Excellent people management skills; very high EQ needed
  • Sound experience in championing the welfare and well-being of the employees
  • Able to work under pressure and possess a sense of urgency
  • Good interpersonal relation skills
  • Physically and mentally fit
  • With good moral character
  • Flexible and willing to work overtime when needed
  • At least ten (10) years of direct work experience in Human Resources function with min five (5) years of experience in a manager role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint)
  • With a working knowledge of ISO quality systems.
  • Good knowledge of local labor legislation.
  • Comfortable with drafting HR policy and work processes.
