What you'll be doing
- Develop and implement innovative product displays and visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and showcase our products in the best light
- Collaborate with the buying and marketing teams to ensure product placement, signage, and overall store aesthetic aligns with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns
- Maintain store standards and product presentation by regularly auditing and replenishing displays
- Liaise with store managers to understand customer feedback and adapt merchandising approaches accordingly
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in visual merchandising to continually optimise our in-store experience
- Support with stock management, including conducting inventory checks and processing product deliveries
- At least 2 years of experience in a visual merchandising or retail display role, ideally within the retail and consumer products industry
- A keen eye for design, strong creative flair and the ability to translate brand vision into impactful in-store displays
- Excellent organisational and time management skills to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
- Proactive and adaptable, with the confidence to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with store teams
- Diploma or degree in visual merchandising, interior design, or a related discipline
