About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Sales Manager to drive business growth, manage key customer relationships, and oversee project opportunities within the Telecommunications and Power industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing client accounts, coordinating project requirements, and ensuring successful project delivery while achieving sales objectives.

• Develop and maintain relationships with telecom, power, and enterprise customers
• Create detailed project proposals and scope of work based on customer requirements
• Manage sales opportunities from prospecting to project completion
• Track project progress, identify risks, and provide regular customer updates
• Present products and solutions to existing and potential clients
• Work closely with technical and project teams to ensure successful project execution
• Conduct customer visits, business presentations, and technical workshops
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality customer solutions
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth initiatives

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Engineering, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Client Relationship Management
• Background in Telecommunications, Power Industry, Structured Cabling, ICT, or related industries is highly preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Filipino
• Proven ability to develop and maintain high-level customer relationships
• Strong business acumen, negotiation, and project coordination skills
• Analytical, customer-focused, and results-driven
• Willing to travel for client meetings and project engagements
