Operations Manager

JOB SUMMARY
The Operations Manager oversees the operations and non-clinical administrative functions of the assigned cluster. He/She is responsible for ensuring the efficient and cost-effective delivery of patient services within the department through the following but not limited to:
- Strategic planning and business development
- Service operations management
- Human resources management
- Financial management
- Facilities, supplies, IT and vendor management
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 8 year(s) of working experience in managerial capacity
- Preferably with heavy operations background from a Healthcare industry is an advantage
- Full-Time position available.
