SENIOR PLANNER

Project: Mauban Quezon Province Project

Job Description:

The Planning Engineer is responsible for developing, monitoring and updating project schedules for infrastructure and railway projects. The role ensures that project timelines, resources, and progress are effectively managed to meet project objectives and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
Prepare baseline programs, work breakdown structure (WBS), and resource-loaded schedules
Monitor project progress and compare actual performance against planned schedules
Identify delays, risks, and critical path activities and recommend corrective actions
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project timelines
Prepare periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly) including progress updates and forecasts
Conduct delay analysis and prepare extension of time (EOT) claims when necessary
Track procurement, construction and commissioning activities for railway and infrastructure works
Ensure compliance with project specifications, contract requirements, and safety standards
Support tender planning, including preparation of preliminary schedules and resource planning

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
Licensed Engineer (preferred)
Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in infrastructure or Substation project
Strong knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques
