Accounting Supervisor

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor to oversee daily accounting operations, ensure accuracy of financial records, and support the company's financial health across multiple brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the accounting team and daily operations
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable processes
- Review and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and government requirements
- Coordinate with auditors during financial audits
- Improve accounting systems and internal controls
- Support management with financial insights and recommendations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
- CPA is an advantage (but not required)
- At least 3–5 years of accounting experience, with supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented, organized, and analytical
- Strong leadership and communication skills
