The General Ledger Supervisor is responsible for overseeing general ledger operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and compliance with accounting standards and university policies. The role supports month-end and year-end closing processes, leads reporting activities, and provides supervision to ensure data integrity across financial systems.
Qualifications/Requirements
Job Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Preferably licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) but not required
- At least 3 years of experience in general ledger accounting
- Strong background in general ledger reporting, financial analysis, and month-end closing processes
- Proficient in cloud-based financial systems; SAP or SAP S/4HANA preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing reporting processes and ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Willing to be assigned in NU Manila
