About the role
Nityo Infotech Services Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor, CPA to join our growing team in Marilao Bulacan. As an Accounting Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day financial operations and reporting for the company.This is a full-time position with opportunities for career advancement within our dynamic organisation.
What you'll be doing- Supervise and coordinate the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Prepare and analyse financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payments, and collections
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external auditors to provide financial information and support
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency
- Provide guidance, training, and supervision to the accounting team
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a financial accounting and reporting environment
- Thorough understanding of Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Proficient in the use of accounting software and spreadsheet applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure
- Proactive, self-motivated, and committed to continuous learning and improvement
