Accounting Operations Supervisor

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and oversee accounting operations for the parent company and its holding entities
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting (GAAP/IFRS)
- Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements
- Coordinate with internal teams and support audit requirements
- Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies such as the Bureau of Internal Revenue and Securities and Exchange Commission
- Provide financial analysis and reports to support management decisions
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals
What We’re Looking For:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- At least 5 years of accounting experience
- Strong background in financial reporting and general accounting
- Experience in month-end close, reconciliations, and audits
- Proven team leadership or supervisory experience
- Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
