Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in structural detailing with a proactive approach to quality assurance, team mentoring, and process improvement. If you are passionate about precision, leadership, and innovation in the built environment, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise and mentor a team of remote detailers, offering technical guidance and quality control.
• Lead the checking and coordination of shop drawings and 3D models to ensure constructability and compliance.
• Manage the full detailing workflow including schedules, task allocations, and internal QA.
• Act as the point of contact between the detailing team and external stakeholders including engineers and project managers.
• Establish and enforce standards for drawing revisions, version control, and document uploads.
• Maintain resource libraries, templates, and quality systems to support consistency and efficiency.
• Coordinate project startup activities and implement validation checklists and issue tracking workflows.
• Drive continuous improvement through team feedback, documented processes, and knowledge sharing.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years in detailing or engineering support roles, preferably with Australian projects.
• Proficiency in Tekla software is a must.
• Hands-on experience managing remote teams and leading technical coordination efforts.
• Exceptional planning and problem-solving skills with a focus on process and quality.
• Exposure to project coordination workflows such as RFIs, TQs, and IFC drawing approvals.
• Strong background in structural/precast detailing, drafting, or construction documentation.
• Familiarity with Australian and international industry codes and technical documentation is an advantage.
• Proven ability to introduce and maintain drafting systems, templates, and quality procedures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong English communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Must be willing to work full-time in the office located in Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm)
