Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Account Executive to support the management and growth of telecom client accounts. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal teams while delivering high levels of customer satisfaction through timely communication, quality service, and effective issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing day-to-day communications with assigned telecom clients
  • Support the development and execution of account plans and sales strategies
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Technical, Billing, and Customer Support) to ensure client needs are met
  • Prepare reports on account status, sales performance, and client feedback
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, concerns, and service-related issues
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling within existing clients
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, contracts, and transactions
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and business reviews
  • Stay updated on telecom products, services, and industry trends
Customer Satisfaction & Business Growth
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to drive repeat business
  • Proactively engage clients and strengthen relationships
  • Identify expansion opportunities and coordinate with the Sales Team
  • Deliver high-quality products and services to clients
  • Apply quality improvement processes and maintain a safe, organized work environment
Qualifications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence in client-facing interactions
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferably residing in Taguig, Makati, Pasig, or Mandaluyong
