About the role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Clinic Manager to join our team at MANILA BANKERS ASSURANCE' in Ermita Manila City Metro Manila. As a full-time Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our healthcare clinic, ensuring exceptional patient care and efficient business practices.
What you'll be doing- Manage and coordinate all clinic activities, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation
- Oversee the hiring, training, and performance management of clinical and administrative staff
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, operational efficiency, and financial performance
- Liaise with medical professionals, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain a well-functioning clinic
- Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets, and other key performance indicators
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall quality of patient care
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinic or healthcare management role
- Strong understanding of medical practice operations, healthcare regulations, and patient care standards
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in financial management, budgeting, and data analysis
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of healthcare professionals
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and patient satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field
