Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Support payroll coordination, attendance monitoring, and leave management
- Implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards
- Handle employee concerns, engagement initiatives, and workplace relations
- Coordinate performance evaluations and employee development programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
- Assist management with organizational planning and HR strategies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous HR or administrative experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and HR processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
