Job Description
We are looking for a Backend Developer with experience in Node.js to support and maintain applications. The role involves handling production issues, working with ServiceNow/ticketing systems, and collaborating with frontend teams using Angular.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js
- Handle production support, incident management, and ticket resolution
- Work with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools for ticket handling
- Build and support REST APIs
- Collaborate with frontend teams (Angular) for end-to-end delivery
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Node.js and backend development
- Experience with Angular (basic to intermediate)
- Familiarity with ServiceNow / ITSM / ticketing tools
- Understanding of API development and system architecture
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience in production/application support
- Knowledge of microservices and cloud environments
- Exposure to SQL/NoSQL databases
