About the role
We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to join our team at DHL Supply Chain Phils., Inc. in Binan City, Laguna. As a Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimising and streamlining our operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our products and services.This is a full-time position, offering opportunities for professional growth and development within a dynamic and innovative organisation.
What you'll be doing- Analyse and improve existing manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness
- Design, implement, and optimise new process solutions to meet changing business requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process-related issues
- Conduct process capability studies and implement statistical process control measures
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and process flow diagrams
- Provide technical support and training to production staff to ensure consistent process execution
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in process engineering
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Process Engineer, preferably in a manufacturing or supply chain environment
- Proficient in process mapping, root cause analysis, and process improvement methodologies
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Familiar with industry-standard process engineering tools and software
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards related to manufacturing processes
