Transport Operations Coordinator (1–2 Years Experience) | TAI-108

About the role

This role focuses on day-to-day transport coordination, tracking, and operations support, working closely with internal teams and partners to ensure smooth and timely movement of deliveries.

You will help ensure that schedules, shipments, and transport-related activities are accurately monitored, updated, and coordinated.

This is a hands-on coordination role, not a senior or strategic transport planning position.

What you’ll actually work on:

• Coordinate and monitor transport schedules and delivery activities
• Track shipments and ensure updates are recorded accurately
• Maintain and update transport-related records and data
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners regarding delivery status and schedules
• Support the coordination of transport requirements to ensure smooth operations
• Assist in monitoring delivery timelines and addressing delays or issues
• Prepare and update reports related to transport and delivery activities
• Ensure all transport-related documentation is accurate and up to date
• Support day-to-day transport operations and coordination tasks

What we’re looking for:

• 1–2 years experience in logistics, transport, or operations-related roles
• Background in logistics, supply chain, or transport coordination is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and schedules
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Comfortable working with structured processes and timelines
• Able to manage tasks and follow through on deliverables
