We are seeking a highly organized and driven HR Recruiter to lead the recruitment process for various roles across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition and will thrive in a fast-paced environment. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and interviewing candidates to extending job offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top-tier talent for a variety of positions.
- Post job openings on job boards, social media, and company website.
- Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Conduct background checks, reference checks, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Extend job offers and manage the negotiation process with candidates.
- Maintain a strong network of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- With or without experience
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong organizational skills.
