Nursing Assistant

Key Responsibilities
- Assist nurses in providing basic patient care
- Help patients with hygiene, grooming, feeding, and mobility needs
- Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure)
- Assist in patient transport within the hospital
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of patient areas
- Prepare patient rooms and ensure availability of supplies
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
- Assist during medical procedures as directed by nursing staff
- Observe and report any changes in patient condition
- Provide compassionate and respectful care to patients at all times
- At least High School Graduate or Vocational Course (Caregiving/Nursing Assistant preferred)
- With or without experience (hospital experience is an advantage)
- Certified Nursing Assistant or Caregiver certification is a plus
- Basic knowledge of patient care and hygiene practices
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
