Head of POS Service delivery, Logistics, Inventory, and Quality

JOB SUMMARY:

• Leads the end-to-end services of multiple departments, ensuring efficient inventory readiness, repair, configuration and logistics to nationwide deployment and after-sales technical support, ensuring SLA compliance, operational efficiency, and high service quality for clients/customers.

• Oversee the full POS product movement and lifecycle from inventory intake and asset control to repair and refurbishment, terminal preparation, logistics, field deployment, and post-deployment servicing
• Partner with top management and company leaders in defining and executing the strategic roadmap for end-to-end service operations
• Oversee the timely, accurate, and SLA -compliant service delivery

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or Operations Management
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in service operations or technical services, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of field service operations, POS systems, logistics, SLA management, and service quality frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale, multi-functional service divisions and drive operational excellence.
• Strategic thinker with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong customer orientation and experience in managing client expectations at a strategic level.
• Amenable to work onsite in Metro Manila.
