Creative Communications Specialist

The Role

We are looking for a Creative Communications Specialist to shape how the world sees [Company Name]. Your mission is twofold: build strong relationships with top-tier universities and elevate our overall Employer Brand. You won't be doing recruitment; you'll be the creative engine making sure we are the "Employer of Choice."

1. Employer Brand Identity

• Maintain and evolve our Employer Value Proposition (EVP)—making sure our culture is consistently represented across all platforms.
• Manage our employer social media presence, ensuring the "vibe" is professional yet authentic.
• Identify trends in the talent market to keep our branding fresh and competitive.

1. Visual Content & Pubmats

• Direct and execute the design of all publicity materials (pubmats) for social media, job ads, and internal announcements.
• Script, film, and edit creative video content (Reels, TikToks, and "Life at" series) to showcase our workplace.

1. University & Early Careers Outreach

• Act as the lead liaison for University Career Offices and student organizations to schedule talks, tours, and events.
• Design the visual experience for campus activations—from eye-catching booth designs to branded merchandise.

1. Strategic Communications

• Write engaging, Gen-Z-friendly copy for newsletters, LinkedIn, and campus-wide emails.
• Ensure all external-facing communications align with our global brand guidelines.

• Education: Graduate of Multimedia Arts, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Design Mastery: High proficiency in Canva
• Communication: Exceptional writing skills and the confidence to present to university partners and internal stakeholders.
• Creative Mindset: You don't just follow a template; you enjoy brainstorming original ideas and bringing them to life.
