JOB BRIEF
- The Accountant, Accounts Receivable is responsible for the timely posting of payment from customers and regularly making follow-up for payment. He/she will be responsible in monitoring all the Accounts receivable transactions of the E-commerce business of the company.
- Prepare and send billing statements/debit notes to customers, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders (including e-commerce transactions).
- Monitor and post customer/agent payments in the system (Shiji Daylight PMS).
- Track accounts receivable, including intercompany billings, shared expenses, and necessary accounting entries.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and send reminders to ensure timely collections.
- Record intercompany receivables, income, and adjustments during month-end closing.
- Maintain organized filing of invoices and ensure sufficient stock of billing documents.
- Support audits, assist the finance team, and perform additional tasks while adhering to company policies, standards, and values.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, non-CPAs are welcome.
- Experience in handling billing and collection for customer accounts.
- Models the company's culture, vision, mission and core values at all times.
- Additional improvement programs in Finance is preferred
