The IT Account Executive is responsible for managing client relationships, identifying opportunities for account growth, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Understand clients’ business needs and provide tailored IT solutions and support.
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and technical teams.
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts and upsell relevant services/products.
- Prepare proposals, conduct presentations, and negotiate contracts.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other departments to ensure successful delivery of services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- with 2 years of experience in managing accounts or sales, preferably in IT or technology services.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions such as software development, cloud services, cybersecurity, and infrastructure.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Amenable to work in Mandaluyong or Cavite
