Account Executive

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for both managing existing client accounts and acquiring new business opportunities. You’ll play a vital role in planning, coordinating, and executing impactful events and brand activations while also identifying prospects and pitching our services to potential clients.

Your role bridges client servicing, business development, and project management to ensure exceptional delivery and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

New Business Development
  • Identify and pursue new leads, partnerships, and account opportunities to grow the agency’s client base
  • Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential clients
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create business development materials and campaigns
  • Maintain a database of leads, track outreach efforts, and follow up consistently
Client Servicing & Project Management
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring excellent client experience from briefing to post-event evaluation
  • Develop event proposals, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with internal teams
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of events, activations, and campaigns — from conceptualization to on-ground delivery
  • Coordinate with creative, production, and operations teams, as well as third-party vendors and suppliers
  • Oversee project timelines, monitor progress, and ensure deliverables are on-brand, on-time, and on-budget
  • Conduct post-event reports and help clients evaluate ROI
Account Growth & Strategy
  • Build long-term client relationships by understanding their business goals and challenges
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant services
  • Support senior management in building account strategies and growing revenue per client

Here’s what we’d love to see:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or anything that taught you how to juggle ideas and deadlines
  • At least 2 years of experience in account management or client servicing — bonus points if it’s in events, activations, or marketing agencies
  • Hands-on experience in bringing events to life — from brainstorming with clients to being on-ground with the team
  • A solid grasp of event logistics, timelines, and vendor coordination (you know, the real-world stuff that makes magic happen)
  • You're a clear communicator — whether it's emails, client calls, or team chats, you know how to get the message across
  • Ridiculously organized and detail-oriented — you catch what others miss
  • Cool under pressure and can multitask like a pro (yes, you can handle three client updates and a supplier crisis before lunch)
  • Tech-savvy with tools like Adobe, Microsoft Office, and maybe even a few project management apps you swear by.
  • Willing to roll with the punches — flexible hours, weekends, holidays? You're game when the event calls
  • A team player with a “let’s get this done” attitude and some serious problem-solving powers
