  • Generate day-to-day billing statements. Assure all billings are accurately recorded in the system.
  • Prepare and update reports required (e.g. Equipment Daily Rental Report ‘EDRR”, Consolidated Monthly Billing Statements, Monthly List of Reuest BP Master Data etc.
  • Safekeep the completeness of internal files to easily locate and retrieve records.
  • Ensures monitoring of ETR’s issuance and retrieval
  • Maintain data recording of ETR’s
  • Follow ups on any delays of return ETR’s and missing information
  • Preparation of tally sheet correctly and on time
  • Information on contract must be indicated on tally sheet
  • Prepare reports on tally sheet in transit, pending etr and audited etr
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or related software
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • College degree
  • Preferably graduate in Accounting courses like financial management, Accounting Information System or any related courses.
